Samsung’s latest flagships are packed with cutting-edge features, but an important one is missing: software updates. Samsung left many Android users hanging when it dropped the Note 5′s software version from 6.0 to 5.9 without offering any significant reason for the change.

Many reported problems with the phone that prevented them from getting updates. Now, with the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge+ just around the corner, many users are reporting hardware and software problems either in the launch week or shortly after that have prevented them from getting the most out of their pricey new smarts phones.
